Client objective:

Develop UX design strategy for GSK Canada, targeting General Practitioners and Specialists in managing patients with severe and uncontrolled asthma.  Provide optimized navigation, website structure, UX, and SEO to provide a greater website experience for the end user.


Role: Director Strategy - UX - Grey Group
• Conducted site audit, developed UX strategy document, site map, site wireframes for client presentation.
• Collaborated with creative and account services teams in UX strategy development, and site development.
UX  considerations
• Structure the home page (splash page) into two sections to provide multiple paths to content. 
• Optimize site informational charts/graphics to have clarity and ease of comprehension.
• Navigation/taxonomy restructure — provide ease of access to content
• Optimize display of page content and optimal end user digestion
