UX considerations:
• Researched best practices in e-Commerce medical hardware sales in the United States and Europe. Determined client's approach was not feasible due to regulatory constraints. Recomended adoption of current regulatory sales methods.
• Adopted approved prescription screening and fulfillment procedures for parents and care givers to obtain prescription via their own doctor or from the Gabi medical staff to purchase product upon prescription verification.
• Researched client CRM platform for use in website development and hosting to align with their other business operations, instead of a stand alone website.
